Marketplace Terms
Terms for using Selled
1. About Selled
Selled is a marketplace operated by Algorise Solutions for people to discover, list, discuss, reserve, and arrange delivery of physical goods. Members are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what they publish.
2. Accounts and acceptance
You may browse without an account. Creating listings, sending messages or offers, placing orders or bids, saving favorites, following members, uploading content, and submitting reviews requires an active account that has accepted this current version.
Reporting safety concerns remains available without accepting a newer Terms version. An account that is blocked, deleted, or pending deletion cannot create ordinary marketplace content.
3. Marketplace conduct
Use truthful descriptions and your own photos, respect other members, do not harass or mislead anyone, and do not list prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, or unlawful goods. Selled may preserve and review relevant marketplace evidence when investigating reports.
Do not create, upload, send, or promote objectionable content or behavior, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual exploitation of children; hate speech, violent threats, or encouragement of violence; harassment, bullying, stalking, or targeted abuse; sharing another person's private, identity, payment, or security information without permission; fraud, impersonation, scams, spam, or deceptive content; illegal or regulated goods, weapons, drugs, or instructions that facilitate illegal harm; and counterfeit or stolen goods.
4. Orders, payment, delivery, and returns at launch
Selled records reservations, delivery choices, offers, messages, and order statuses. Selled does not collect, hold, transfer, verify, or refund payment at launch. Buyers and sellers arrange payment later outside Selled or in person, and remain responsible for that payment.
After an order is reserved, the seller has five business days to mark it sent or arrange hand-off. The seller may extend the dispatch deadline once by two business days. If the seller misses the deadline, the buyer may cancel the reservation.
When the item arrives, the buyer confirms delivery. That starts an inspection period of two calendar days. During that period, the buyer may complete the order or report an issue; if neither happens, Selled updates the order status to completed when the period expires.
If the seller accepts a return after an issue is reported, the buyer has five business days to mark the return sent, and the seller then has two business days to confirm receipt. The order record may show Issue reported, Return requested, Return sent, Returned, or Return confirmation expired. These status changes do not confirm a payment, issue a refund, or mean Selled handled or verified money or physical delivery.
5. Safety and support
Report prohibited listings, fraud, harassment, unsafe meetups, or suspicious accounts through the in-app report and Help Centre flows. Do not publish private contact, identity, payment, or security information in public content.
6. Account deletion
You can submit a deletion request in the app's Settings or at the public account deletion page. Selled hides your public profile and listings before confirming the request. You then have a 7-day grace period to cancel. When that period ends, permanent deletion begins and cancellation is no longer available.
Reviews authored by the deleted member are anonymized and hidden from public ratings, while reviews targeting the deleted member are removed. Selled may keep redacted transaction, safety, relevant conversation, and security audit evidence where reasonably required for a dispute, fraud prevention, accounting, security, or another legal obligation. That evidence is automatically purged within 365 days unless an explicit legal hold or active investigation applies. A minimal internal deletion-completion record is also retained to prevent accidental profile recreation. The Privacy Policy explains this limited retention.
7. Updates
When these Terms materially change, Selled uses a new version. You can continue browsing, reporting safety concerns, and managing a deletion request, but must accept the current version before creating more marketplace content.
